Hello everyone! I am excited to work at Bok Academy South as a special education teacher. I teach a learning strategies class designed to assist students with learning, understanding, and reinforcing concepts and/or assignments presented in the general curriculum. I also serve as an Inclusion teacher, I work with general education teachers to help promote academic success for all. I earned a Masters of Education degree from Warner University and I have been working as an educator with 20+ years experience with formal and informal instruction in and outside of the classroom. This will be my 15th year as a middle school teacher. I have a passion for working with Middle School students and helping every student succeed. I enjoy nature and the outdoors, so with my free time, I am either in the garden or out on a hike.
