I live in Winter Haven, Florida and have been in  education for over 30 years. Before entering the world of  elementary and middle school education I was an Instructional Design and Developer of educational programs, Instructor and Teaching Coach for AT&T corporation.   I began my public school teaching career as a Kindergarten teacher and then taught first and second grade. I have been a teacher  at Bok Academy for the last three years. I have a life long love of learning and do my very best to create a class environment that instills that same  love of learning and a curiosity to explore new ideas and information into all of my students. I am a firm believer that READING opens  the world to a student and enables each student to expand their horizons and build their creativity and imagination. I love being with family. I have 6 siblings and 13 nieces and nephews and 5 great nephews.
